Intense Athletic Fitness Class in Central Park May - September

Every SATURDAY we will work into shape with a max-interval bootcamp-style workout, with a dynamic stretching warm-up and cool-down. One hour long, sport performance inspired bootcamp style training. You can expect to tone, tighten and strengthen your body.

- Body weight exercises, Medicine Balls & Resistance Bands, Variations of plyometrics, Core/Abdominal exercises, Short Running & Agility Exercises
