In a 4 year span I was able to push my body from a 135lbs to 185lbs of natural, lean muscle. With this I have been able to enhance my performance without losing speed, explosiveness or finesse. I am a firm believer in pushing your personal limits in all areas of life. In training, developing superior core strength while mixing functional programs with high intensity interval training is essential to living a happy, healthy, and defined life. Our aim is to set the bar and meet our goals, then reset the bar higher and exceed them.
