Classes are like exciting programs that anyone could train with year round. We deliver an incredible training experience with a heavy emphasis on circuit training with body weight strength training, explosive and power movements as well as cardiovascular exercises. Picture an Elite athlete's pre-season workout, tailored for you all year round!
Your core is responsible for flexing your body forward, sideways, rotating side-to-side, and for torso and pelvic stabilization. Every athletic movement involves the use of your Abdominals, Obliques and/or Erector muscles. These muscles are the core of all strength and power movements.
Human movement cannot take place without muscular function. Functional training uses bands, balls, body-weight, free-weight, and plyometrics in order to condition the body in challenging environments, pushing the limits.

Each one hour session is devoted to learning more about your exercise and health, constantly assessing your fitness level to challenge you to reach your goals. In addition, you will learn how to properly use all types of equipment to continue your training independently as well as during training sessions.
You will be encouraged to go farther than you thought you could go. We also offer couples training which allows you and a friend to share the expense while experiencing the benefits of a personal trainer together
